Univariate analysis of all variables preceded all stages of the selection of social indicators. T-test was used to test the relations among CSR and social indicators. Cluster analysis studied the file of social indicators in the subsequent stage of research; reduced social indicators to measure corporate performance were developed accordingly. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The contribution focuses on the identification of social performance indicators, i.e. the key ESG performance indicators.
