The objectives of the project is participation in Planning & Construction Committee and Operation & Maintenance Committee meetings of international non-government special organization International Water Supply Association (IWSA). The meetings of both committee will be running during the IWSA congress in Buenos Aires on 18 - 24 September 1999. The contractor is member of both committee.
