On the project
The project aims to use of Reflective Holographic Microscopy (RHM) for real-time in vitro observing cells on opaque ceramics like hydroxyapatite and Al2O3. The focus is on RHM's ability to observe cell morphology and activity on these substrates, overcoming the limitations of traditional microscopy. It involves preparing and analyzing ceramic samples, optimizing cell cultures and real-time in vitro observation. It will also compare RHM results with other microscopy methods via comparative microscopy, potentially improving biomaterial testing.
