On the project
This project focuses on the development of the novel bone marrow model using scaffold/hydrogel structures as a platform for 3D cell culture of human osteoblasts and osteosarcoma cells. The aim of this project is to investigate molecular and cellular mechanisms in the newly developed model. The utilization of this model and the understanding of the cell behavior will contribute to the advancement of targeted therapies for various bone marrow-related disorders.
