The main objective of the project is to start a long-term cooperation between two universities in the development of laboratories focused on business process management - SmartLab/LEAN-Lab at FH Joanneum Kapfenberg and LAPROCO at BUT. Due to the extensive focus of both laboratories, the project will focus particularly on achieving of optimzed processes, lean processes and process support in terms of digitalization (LEAN6.0). The topic will be solved in two levels. The first level includes research stays serving to obtain information to analyze of the corporate environment and curricula. This will contain mapping trends in automation and digitisation of processes. The second level consists of bilateral professional workshops for students.
