On the project

The SLA 3D printing utilizes photopolymerization to print versatile shape designs with mechanical properties superior to other 3D printing techniques. However, the reaction kinetics is affected by the presence of nanoparticles (NPs) and their chemical and physical interactions with the resin and the curing light during the process. Therefore, the project will investigate three different resins/NPs mixtures with various NPs concentration for the kinetical variations induced by the NPs and their application in complex bio-mimetic structures.
