Hemostatic wound dressing is an up-and-coming field of study because of its significant impact.In this project, hemostatic wound dressing for improved hemostasis and skin regeneration based on natural biodegradable polymers such as chitosan, oxidized cellulose, and carboxymethyl cellulose will be prepared by freeeze-drying.Prepared foams exhibiting large specific surface,high liquid sorption,easy manipulation, and usage will be loaded with enzybiotic (rLYSSTAPH S) to suppress potential microbial infection caused mainly by Staphylococcus aureus.
