Cílem práce je provést přehledné zdokumentování dostupných trvalých preparátů ze školních sbírek gymnázia z botaniky pomocí optického mikroskopu a kamery. Z fotografií takto získaných budou vytvořeny prezentace v PowerPointu s popisem i bez popisu (pro zkoušení) a vytvořeny soubory pro náhodné testování (e-learning). Současně bude vyhodnoceno jejich použití ve výuce biologie na gymnáziu a vytvořeny další didaktické pomůcky (pracovní listy, laboratorní návody, testy) pro výuku daného tématu.

Description in English
The aim of this work is to clearly document the permanent specimens available from the high school collections in botanics using optical microscope and camera. A PowerPoint presentation with acquired images and with a description and without description (for testing) and a file for random testing (e-learning) will be created. At the same time there will be evaluated their use in teaching of biology at high school and additional teaching materials (worksheets, lab manuals, tests) will be created to teach the subject.
