On the project

A great challenge for this project is to develop a blend of facile, cost-effective methods for forming nanostructured films for use in advanced capacitors. The methodology involves the synthesis of nanostructured materials: aluminium and refractory metals, their oxides and nanocomposites. Smart anodizing of Al forming anodic films is used as a key step in the sequence of fabrication procedures for endowing the nanostructures with a particular shape, density and homogeneous distribution order.
