In this paper, a precision full-wave rectifier employing only two diodes is presented. As active elements the current and voltage conveyor are used. Since the diodes are directly connected to the high-impedance current outputs of the current conveyor the proposed structure operate at frequencies, where conventional solutions using operational amplifiers fail. Furthermore, the proposed structure works not only in the voltage mode, but can also be used in the mixed-mode.

In this paper, a precision full-wave rectifier employing only two diodes is presented. As active elements the current and voltage conveyor are used.
