Originální abstrakt

The results of electrical and dielectric measurements obtained on thin films prepared from phthalocyanine, fullerene and their mixtures are presented. The samples were prepared on ceramic and glass substrates with interdifital, sandwich a FET alectrode configuration. Very promising seems to be the combined interdigital and sandwich electrode configuration which allows to determine the density of bulk and surface electronic states.
