Originální abstrakt

This paper deals with design of high-quality two-channel audio input / output interface for an embedded platforms with desktop processors. This interface can be used instead of low-quality on-board audio interfaces in applications of real-time digital audio signal processing which demands high audio quality. Possibilities of interconnection are discussed considering their price. Measurement of important audio characteristic is presented in the paper as well as comparison with characteristics of on-board audio interfaces and professional external audio interfaces.
