Comparison of two methods (maximum bubble pressure and the du Noüy platinum ring method) for surface tension measurements in biopolymer and biopolymer-surfactant solutions. As a selected biopolymer, sodium hyaluronate was utilized and as a surfactant, sodium dodecylsulfate was used. The results of both methods are compared and discussed.
