Originální abstrakt

The paper deals with a new method based on dynamic time warping for detection of acute myocardial ischemia from ECG signals. The method works on time-frequency spectra of the signals. The method should be used at a stage preceding a hidden Markov model-based pattern recogniser. The presented results show that the proposed method of ECG description can be effectively used in a recognition system for detection of electrophysiological changes.
