Originální abstrakt

The paper presents a short overview of frequently used global optimization methods, and then, we introduce novel polytope algorithms – the methods of chaos lines, which we focus on further. The principles of those methods are first shortly described, and then, the ones are applied to the optimization of a microstrip dipole. The obtained results are compared with ones of other global optimization methods in the end.
