Originální abstrakt

This paper deals with the analysis of sleeve bearing noise in automotive differential assembly, introducing the problem of sleeve bearings in design arrangements with nonlinear stiffness. Such arrangements could sometimes suffer from increased vibration and acoustic emission. It describes the analysis method of the noise emission from vibration sensors. Also introduced is the general evaluation methodology of noise emission for similar arrangements. By way of conclusion, a solution to the particular problem of the automotive differential gear is offered.

Článek se zabývá analýzou hlukových projevů kluzného uložení v automobilovém diferenciálu. Je vysvětlena problematika kluzných uložení v uzlech s nelineární tuhostní charakteristikou. Tato uložení v některých případech trpí zvýšenou hlučností. Článek se zabývá metodou analýzy hlukové emise ze snímačů vibrací. Současně je navržena zcela obecná hodnotící metodika pro obdobné uzly. V závěru je naznačeno také řešení konkrétního problému uzlu automobilového diferenciálu.
