The interaction of the hot gas mixture free jet generated by a hybrid water-argon arc heater with the surrounding air of atmospheric pressure is analyzed. On the contrary to the previous papers of the authors, the diffusion phenomena are studied in the hot region of the free jet near the arc heater output.

Článek analyzuje difuzní jevy v proudu horké plynné směsi tryskající z hybridního vodou chlazeného plazmatronu do okolního vzduchu o atmosférickém tlaku. Analýza se zaměřuje na "horkou" oblast v těsné blízkosti výstupu plazmatronu.
