Originální abstrakt

Real current operating amplifiers are based on high-current-gain, going to infinity in ideal case. This high current gain is usually solved in the internal structure by flowing mirrored input current into the high-impedance input terminal, where the voltage is generated, in essence. There is also another way how to achieve high current gain - using current mirrors modified for high values of current transfer. This paper will present novel modifications of current mirror for increasing of current gain. The features of mirrors designed will be compared.
