Integrated management systems are created by implementing methods, techniques and approaches of various concepts of corporate management systems, most frequently by some charismatic managerial personalities, in the everyday practice of their undertakings, creating comprehensive and effective systems of management for which the term world class (outstanding, excellent) undertakings has recently been coined. There is no denying the influence of integrated management systems over the future development of corporate management systems because they move managerial thinking forward. At present, many undertakings are operating with several systems of management that require cost-optimized and, at the same time, added-value-providing certification services. In such a situation, all implemented management systems are tested at the same time, contrary to the traditional approach based on repeated visits, each of which focuses on a specific managerial system.
