Originální abstrakt

In the above article [1], a technical error was present. This correction addresses the following error: • There was an error in the code employed to generate the manufactured lens model. On it, the minimum width of the crosses' rods is limited to 200 μm and was printed as such, instead of the 100 μm reported in the original publication. • Due to this mistake, the effective permittivity, ϵr,eff gradient designed in the manufactured lens varies [ϵminr,eff, ϵmaxr,eff] = [2.1, 8.81], instead of the reported [1.27, 8.81]. However, no simulation results are affected by this change, as they were calculated employing this permittivity gradient.
