The article deals with the issue of exchange of solid fuel boilers in existing realy for greener sources. The issue of replacing boilers is based on an amendment to the Air Protection Act of 2012. Part of the contribution deals of a function of such a heat pump and his installation, and another part is dedicated to the possibilities of the relevant subsidies to miligate the financial impact on the household.
