In the paper, we present a high-gain, broadband circularly polarized 2×2 and 4×4 antenna array to operate at 350 GHz. Using full-wave numerical models, we have analyzed influence of different metallization models, gold conductivity changes, over- and under-etching, misalignment of layers and dielectric permittivity changes on antenna performance.
