Originální abstrakt

The article presents results of fabrication and characterization of planar resonators arrays designed for THz frequencies. The resonance frequency of each array's element in THz domain is achieved by down-scaling its geometry to micrometers dimensions. The design of the samples stems from the results of numerical analyses. Five samples – dipole arrays, were fabricated and underwent the experimental characterization by means of spectroscopic measurement. Results of theoretically determined resonant frequencies were in a good match to the measured values.
