Here we present an approach suggested for further in-situ LIBS analysis of liquid suspensions containing heavy metals traces. The comparison is focused on employing different gases (compressed air and He) during analysis of suspensions and their effect on limits of detection (LODs), repeatability of shot-to-shot analysis (relative standard deviation) and stability.
