The contribution is devoted to the area of human resource management in multinational environment. The issue of international cooperation is considered extremely topical, especially now, in the current period that is typical for a very quickly proceeding process of internationalization and globalization. Recently we can observe continuous intensification of connections among members of various national cultures.
