Originální abstrakt

Our goal was to create a 3D reconstruction of plant cell cultures from confocal images and automatize process of determination of cell nuclei localization. In our experiments a plant suspension cultures of Chenopodium rubrum has been used. The cell nuclei were stained by SYBR® Green fluorescent DNA binding marker. Experiments were performed on the confocal microscope Leica TCS SP8 X.
