Originální abstrakt

The paper discusses dielectric properties of pure epoxies and epoxies with Al2O3 nanofiller and deals with the study of potential use of dielectrical spectroscopy for material diagnostics of such nanocomposites. Epoxy nanocomposites find major applications in electrical insulating industry. Nanocoposite materials are used e.g. in the insulation of transformer stations; their use can also lead to smaller electrical devices. Positive and negative aspects of Al2O3 nanofillers are subject of this research. The paper also discusses operation time issues of these nanocomposite materials. This particular area is important for the practical application of epoxy nanocomposites, because long-term stability of nanocomposites has not been much studied so far.
