Originální abstrakt

Multifunctional logic becomes important way to implement compact and cheap circuits that perform different functions in different situations. Polymorphic electronics concept offers perspective tools and methods to do this. One of important features of the polymorphic electronics is that the concept is technology independent. It opens the field of multifunctional logic for emerging semiconductor technologies i.e. carbon nanotechnology semiconductor devices or organic semiconductors. The paper proposes a new component for polymorphic logic circuits and shows how to enable application of mature principles and tools of polymorphic electronics to the field of printed organic semiconductors.
