Originální abstrakt

This paper deals with two relatively new configurations of rotary electric machines excited by permanent magnets. There is described the concept of transverse-flux machine and the concept of synchronous machine with simple tooth coils. There are stated common knowledges of mechanical structure of these machines and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed there.
