During the education at the Department of Control and Instrumentation students can attend lessons intent on automation devices, programmable logic controllers (PLC), in summary industrial automation. There is possible to demonstrate and practice the learned theory (program) practically on the real devices. In the classroom were installed training panels with devices used in industrial automation. The communication between these devices is ensured by two types of field buses: PROFIBUS-PA and current loop (4–20) mA. Whole technology is controlled by means of PLC SIMATIC S7-300.
