The paper provides information about the on-line monitoring of components presented in chemical samples analyzed by electro-separation methods. The whole capillary transversal scanning detection system, which helps to improve the separation process of the analysis, is described. A picture from a colour line scanner is used as a source of basic information for control of separation process by regulation high voltage source. The used application and algorithms for machine vision are designed in progressive graphic development system LabVIEW. Real-time control of the separation process is implemented into a compact control process logic controller. As an example of function of the sliding detection system is showed a short time separation of organic ion compounds by applied the isotachophoresis as the electro-separation method.

Příspěvek přináší informace o on-line monitorování složek chemických látek, které jsou analyzovány elektroseparačními metodami. Celý kapilární detekční systém, který je užit k separaci, je popsán.
