One of the dominant aspects at design of constructions is a set of applicable materials. These are defined by their physical-mechanical characteristics and by financial availability. After implementation of composite elements on the building market, the possibilities for design of constructions considerably extended. Material characteristics of composites are convenient for utilization at strengthening of concrete or masonry structures.
