Originální abstrakt

Heavy metals are toxic and can be harmful for organisms. For this reason, a number of organisms including bacteria develop processes which are able to withstand the effects of these pollutants. An accumulation of heavy metals in different bacterial strains in soil has been observed and could be used in the process of remediation of soils contaminated by heavy-metal-pollutants. In this study, Streptomyces, well known for their capacity to accumulate heavy metals from the environment, were selected.

Těžké kovy jsou toxické a mohou být nebezpečné pro organismy. Z tohoto důvodu řada organismů, včetně baktérií rozvíjet procesy, které jsou schopny odolávat účinkům těchto látek.Akumulace těžkých kovů v různých kmenů bakterií v půdě, byl pozorován a může být použit v procesu sanace půdy kontaminované těžkými kovy znečišťujících látek. V této studii bylo vybráno Streptomyces, dobře známý pro svou schopnost hromadit těžké kovy z prostředí.
