This article describes design and construction of measuring electronics for tips chip measurement unit. The main unit for tips measurement tool was made out to ensure measurement of the tested chip parameters. It offers current and capacity measurement. For this purpose time dependent voltage can be generated. The next advantage of the main unit is possibility to set temperature of the chip and intensity of magnetic field.
