Předmětem článku je uvedení zkušeností, postupu zkoumání a výsledků hodnocení stavu stávající střešní konstrukce v areálu potravinářské firmy v Hodoníně. Zájmovou konstrukcí byly spínané vazníky SPP 2/59 sestavené ze dvou kusů, jejichž předpínací výztuž byla tvořena kabely z hladkých patentovaných drátů ØP 4,5 mm. Posuzované haly byly stavěny okolo roku 1979 dle projektové dokumentace vypracované tehdejším PotravinoProjektem Praha. Z důvodu četného přidávaní zatížení v průběhu provozu a působení korozního prostředí byla provedena rozsáhla diagnostika předpínací výztuže včetně průzkumu kotevních oblastí a stanovení pevnostních charakteristik betonu. Pozornost byla věnována také chemismu betonu vazníků a míře ochrany kabelů injektážní maltou. Součástí diagnostiky byla analýza stávajícího zatížení vazníků a následný ověřovací statický výpočet. Na vybraném vazníku v prostředí s nejvyšší agresivitou byla posléze uskutečněna statická zatěžovací zkouška pro dodatečné ověření předpokladů výpočtů. Klíčovou oblastí zájmu při zatěžovací zkoušce byla středová spára podélně děleného vazníku. Zde byl zjišťován aktuální stav hladiny předpětí díky sledování rozevření spáry v průběhu postupného přitěžování vazníku.

The subject of the article is to present the experiences, the procedure of investigation and the results of the evaluation of the condition of the existing roof structure in the premises of a food company in Hodonín. The structure of interest was the SPP 2/59 girders assembled from two segments, whose prestressing reinforcement consisted of cables made of smooth patented wires ØP 4.5 mm. The assessed halls were built around 1979 according to the project documentation prepared by the then PotravinoProjekt Praha. Due to the numerous addition of loads during service and the corrosive environment, an extensive diagnostics of the prestressing reinforcement was carried out, including a survey of the anchorage areas and the determination of the strength characteristics of the concrete. Attention was also paid to the chemistry of the concrete of the girders and its degree of protection of the cables with grout. The diagnostics included an analysis of the existing load on the girders and a subsequent verification structural calculation. A static load test was subsequently performed on a selected girder in the most aggressive environment to further verify the assumptions of the calculations. The key area of interest in the load test was the centre joint of the longitudinally split girder. Here, the actual state of the prestress level was determined by monitoring the expansion of the joint during the progressive loading of the girder.
