Originální abstrakt

The blind deconvolution algorithm in DCE-MRI using multiple contrast agents (with different molecular weight) is presented. The consistency of estimated perfusion parameters namely PS (permeability-surface area product), vb (whole blood volume), Fb (whole blood flow) and ve (extravascular extracellular space) is evaluated using boxplots. Algorithm shows fairy good blind DCE-MRI consistency.
