Originální abstrakt

The on-line model of the temperature field of a slab caster enables the simulation of the temperature field of the caster in real time. It receives the data from the first and second level of control of the caster via an interface program, evaluates the measured data and carries out a calculation of the temperature field and other aggregated quantities that are sent back to the information system of the steelworks/plant. It aims to enhance the quality and accuracy of the input data, the mutual connections between them and the qualitative parameters, including the establishing of their limit values.
