Bachelor's Studies
Bachelor's degree programmes cover a wide range of classical engineering and science fields as well as architectural and artistic fields including a number of interdisciplinary programmes linking engineering with science, business and medicine.
Brno University of Technology offers full-time or combined three-year and four-year Bachelor's programmes with a wealth of interesting fields of study. On successful completion, students receive a degree of Bachelor (Bc.).
Admissions
The entrance exam mostly includes a written test designed to find out about the applicant's interest in a particular field of study and his or her previously gained knowledge about the chosen engineering or artistic field. At the faculties of fine arts and architecture as well as in selected fields at the faculties of civil engineering and business and management, admission procedure includes an aptitude test. Some faculties waive the entrance exam for students with excellent secondary-school results or students achieving good results at Olympiads and other secondary-school competitions.
Admissions may be subject to modifications by BUT faculties and university institutes.
