Profile

The field of study aims at cultivating the artistic, research, and theoretical skills focusing on the issues of art in public space. Students have to be independent researchers, master the methodology of art research and be able to creatively apply it on the given problem.

Key learning outcomes

Students will gain knowledge and experience which will enable them to critically reflect the issues of art in public space and possibly also endeavor in creating art in public space as well.

Occupational profiles of graduates with examples

PhD. graduates work as designers or freelance artists who are capable of sophisticated theoretical reflection. They can work as theoreticians, curators, managers in cultural institutions, or university teachers.
