Originální abstrakt

Dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) is used for estimation of tissue perfusion-parameter maps. One of the main problems of the method is unreliable acquisition of the arterial input function (AIF). Multi-channel blind deconvolution, which is applied to measured signals from several tissue regions, is a possible solution to estimate the AIF. This work uses a more realistic model for the tissue residual function (TRF), DCATH. Also an alternative parametric AIF model is applied compared to other researches. The algorithm is tested on synthetic and clinical data.
