Originální abstrakt

The trend of today is decreasing sizes; this trend has been successfully transferred into production and modification of samples used for measuring in different areas. One of these areas is the dielectric relaxation spectroscopy (DRS); it brings the possibility of investigating the electrical properties of materials by non-destructive method. The accuracy of the method is determined primarily by the quality of the samples. Therefore, this article focuses on the techniques of production of samples for DRS, and the result is shown in successful measurements of the newly created samples, by using these technologies. Motivation for the creation of smaller samples is also due to the fact, that it can lead to a substantial decrease of the size of various electric devices used in industrial, commercial or domestic applications.
