The aim of this work is to determine the melting point of solvents in various percent ratios. The solvent used for lower flammability- sulfolane, have a high melting point 27.5 C. Sulfolane is greatly limited in the range of temperatures where it can be used. Thats why we need to add a second solvent, which improves the mixture properties for lithium - ion batteris use. As a second solvent was selected dimethyl carbonate, which is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
