There is probably nobody who would never heard about the importance of personal management. Discussions about the suitable term for this area - personal management or HRM or human capital management? - are sometimes really heated. However, I am not quite sure that the problem is in terminology. I am afraid that we would find many institutions in which the terminology is only thing to be changed in many areas of management and it means personal management, too. Something seems to be wrong. Then the question is not what term should we use, but what situation we would find in companies and other institutions and what to do with it.

There is probably nobody who would never heard about the importance of personal management.
