This paper deals with transfer of the complex control algorithms from the program MATLAB-Simulink to the logic controller program made by Bernecker and Rainer (B&R). Requirements for the application in MATLAB-Simulink and the philosophy of the source codes creation from the block diagrams are described. In the last section some examples of the control algorithms implementation into the programmable logic controller B&R 2003 are presented. This method was successfully used for classical control algorithms, fuzzy algorithms and is acceptable as well for adaptive algorithms, and controllers with neural networks as well.
