Application possibility of the digitally adjustable current amplifier for the design of an n-th order fully differential current-mode low-pass and band-pass filter is presented. The cut-off frequency of the filter is easily adjusted by the current gain control of the active elements used. The proposed circuit structure has been analyzed and a 4th order low- and band-pass filter simulated.
