Originální abstrakt

In this paper, we present a simple and robust method of the QRS detection in human and rabbit electrocardiogram (ECG). The detection approach is based on a continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and slope thresholding. The presented method was originally designed for QRS detection in human ECG and achieved sensitivity Se = 99.29 % on standard CSE database. The method was also adapted on rabbit ECG, which has different spectral energy distribution and higher sampling frequency is usually used. The detector achieved sensitivity Se = 100 %, on a tested rabbit signal.

Český abstrakt

V tomto článku představujeme jednoduchou a robustní metodu detekce komplexů QRS v lidském a králičím elektrokardiogramu (EKG). Přístup detekce je založen na spojité vlnkové transformaci (CWT) a hranovém prahování. Představená metoda byla původně navržena pro detekci QRS v lidském EKG a dosáhla sensitivity Se = 99.29 % na standardní databázi CSE. Metoda byla taktéž adaptována na králičí EKG, které má odlišné rozložení energie ve spektru a taktéž je vzorkováno s vyšší vzorkovací frekvencí. Detektor dosáhl senzitivity Se = 100 %, na testovaném králičím signálu.
