A transconductance stage was realized in CMOS07 as a part of the chemical sensor current measurement chain. The high-accuracy current conveyor CCII was designed as a building block of the stage. Sensed signal achieves very small values of current, so the measuring chain must be very accurate. Furthermore the rail-to rail input common mode range is demanded.
