The report addresses the physical revision of the minor control states in the chosen cadastral areas. For the revision, three minor controls of the different character were chosen. The minor control City of Brno represents the centre of the town: a historical built-up area and a system of roads and walkways, which has been reconstructed recently. The minor control Lesná is made up of a typical complex of blocks of flats from the years 1960-1970, and a previous development of family homes. The minor control Sadová is a suburban recreation area with a significant part made up of a garden colony. In all these cadastral areas the actual minor controls were discovered and the statistic evaluation was made by different criteria. In conclusion, the mode of renovation and maintanance of the minor controls was suggested.
