Originální abstrakt

Even driving aggregates of modern cars can contain some parts, which suffer from high noise emission. The sleeve bearing of the half-axle in the differential case is one of possible examples. This bearing is characteristic with low radial load and with low relative speed of the contact surfaces. The two different types of the noise were subjectively identified on different design arrangements of the node. These noises must be distinguished objectively at evaluation of experiments. The main purpose of the article is introduction of concept of the software which is able to analyze the dynamic performance of the measured bearing. The results of analysis are used for objective determination of the noise type and we could also be able to suggest the design improvement which could reduce the noise emission of the node.

Český abstrakt

I u moderních automobilů můžeme najít pohonné agregáty, jejichž součásti trpí zvýšenou emisí hluku. Příkladem může být uložení poloosy v koši diferenciálu. Uložení se vyznačuje malým radiálním zatížením a malou relativní rychlostí kontaktních ploch. U různých konstrukčních variant uzlu byly subjektivně identifikovány dva rozdílné typy hluků, které je nutno při vyhodnocování experimentů objektivně rozlišit. Cílem článku je představit koncepci programu, který je schopen analyzovat dynamické chování zkoušené konstrukční varianty. Z analýzy lze objektivně určit typ hlukového projevu uložení a případně navrhnout konstrukční úpravu omezující nežádoucí hlukové projevy.
