Int this paper a new active element for analog circuits Universal Voltage Conveyor - UVC is presented. The internal structure of the UVC is described. New multifunctional frequency filter is designed with help of the UVC. This circuit can be realized as a low-pass, high-pass and band-pass frequency filter (inverting or non-inverting) without changing topology and pasive elements.
